We are proud to be a part of this dynamic change and we hold true to the gold standards of Architectural rescue and renewal. In Center City Philadelphia, we are working on a new bar at 13th and Walnut, two national retail fit outs and a fabulous custom residential rehab just off Rittenhouse Square. In Old City, Philadelphia, we are working on mixed use retail and residential rehab in a super historic building. And now OMNIA Architecture is working with a national retail client for a fit out of premier space in the historic Bourse building. We are intimately familiar with the new City Zoning code and have a good relationship with and understanding of the city's permitting process.
